Cheap and modern room with lake views. Easy check-in and very good customer service. Free internet, parking outside. Peaceful location on outskirts of town, good restaurants in the local area. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Les Terrasses, located 5 min away.

The comfort double room was air conditioned and in good condition, offering guests all the essentials they needed, and the hotel's location on the outskirts of town was picturesque.

Good location for our onward trip to North Italy

I did not appreciate having no reception staff at the hotel. On arrival we had to collect keys etc from sister hotel across the drive. Also as my husband has mobility problems the steps leading to the entrance proved a problem. The rooms are very modern and the blue or red lighting poor is not good for reading at night.

It seems this hotel does not repair anything which is damaged

It's a convenient stopover when travelling from Italy to the uk. This was our second stay and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel is the fact that they accept our dog at no extra charge and we are able to take him into the restaurant and bar!

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a balcony or a good terrasse to enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met during your stay. The breakfast is simply amazing, with a wide variety of options including hot and cold cuts, eggs, and flaky croissants.
